Compassion Mental Health Counseling PLLC is a group of dedicated Licensed Mental Health Counselors and Licensed Creative Arts Therapists who are committed to helping those struggling with mental health issues, relationship issues, and anything related to just getting through the milestones of life. We center our work around the word “compassion” because we are committed to empathy, kindness, consideration and concern for each of our clients. We recognize that each client comes to our office with a myriad of components that may impact how progress would be achieved. With this in mind, we take a holistic approach to carefully considering those specific needs in order to work towards achieving their goals. We take a collaborative approach in our work by working with you, our staff and any additional providers that will support you in getting you to the best version of yourself. Compassion Counseling looks forward to working with you!
“Why doesn’t anyone get what I’m going through?”
“When is this going to get better?”
“What do I do next?” or even
“Where do I start?”
It takes a brave person to ask for help with issues that are going on with your life.
Sometimes you just need someone to listen to you and really hear what you are going through.
Sometimes you need someone to ask the right questions to point you in a different direction.
“The supreme excellence is not in being better than others, but in being better than your former self.”
“Some of life’s best lessons are learned at the worst times.”
“It’s not the finish line that matters, its having the courage to start.”
“Every day is a second chance.”
“Sometimes the smallest step in the right direction ends up being the biggest step of your life. Tip toe if you must, but take the step.”
“Once you choose hope, anything is possible.”
